Where did you meet?

10 years ago in our hometown, through a few mutual friends dinner. We were not looking for love, but love found us!

What part of your dress did you love the most?

Such a hard question! I really struggled to find anything I really loved as I'm a very petite/short person and so everything swam on me. I tried many many dresses and decided on a road trip with my besties to Wanganui, Etcetera made my whole experience so amazing and fun. It was the last "dress'' I tried and it won! The two piece was so comfortable and light, the beaded leaves on the top are divine, the full layered princess skirt, the added beaded cape, what didn't I love?!!

What did you like the most about your wedding day?

Definitely watching our daughters just beam with delight all day and night. Also my son's speech at the reception, my bridesman, He had every mum in the room in tears. I should also probably mention our very special wedding car (1976 Mazda RX4) that was restored by my husband, just in time! The whole day was everything.

Any advice for future brides?

Don't be scared to spend more money on the best photographer and or videographer or both, if you can. It is so worth it, you wont regret it, you just cant remember it all, or be there for every moment, you cant go back, but you can relive it through your photos that you can share forever more.
